Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd
Vic., cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the
Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees"
Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and other
persons having any claims or demands upon or
against the estate of Henry Gregson Muddock, formerly
of the town and county of the town of Southampton,
Hosier, and late of No. 120, Sussex road, Holloway, in
the county of Middlesex, Gentleman, deceased (who died
on the 3rd day of September, 1878 and letters of adminis-
tration of whose personal estate and effects were, on the
20th day of September, 1878, granted by the Principle
Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's
High Court of Justice to Harriet Susanna Bridgegroome of
No. 138, High-street, in the town and county of of the town
of Southampton, widow), are hereby required, on or before
the 16th day of June next, to send in the particulars in
writting of their claims and demands upon or against the
estate of the said deceased to us, the undersigned, the
Solicitors for the said administratrix. And notice is
further given that after the said 16th day of June next,
the said administratrix will proceed to deal with and dis-
tribute the assets of the said deceased amoungst the parties
entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which
she shall then have had notice; and that the said
administratrix will not be liable for the assets or any part
thereof, so paid and distributed to any person of whose
claim or demand she shall not then have had notice
